Council is seeking expressions of interest for the purchase of two cars. Prospective purchasers should note that:

• The cars have been unclaimed, unregistered or abandoned and have been lawfully seized by Council and as such their history unknown;
• The cars are all unregistered and no keys are available;
• Any contents within the vehicles are to be included in the sale; and
• The cars are to be sold ‘as is’, with the successful applicant to organise transport to remove the cars from site.

MAKE A SUBMISSION

Expressions of Interest close 5:00pm on Thursday 18 June 2026, and must be lodged using the options below:

• By completing an online Expression of Interest form (linked below); or
• By printing and completing the Expression of Interest Form, scanning and emailing to info@hindmarsh.vic.gov.au or submitting a completed hardcopy to any Hindmarsh Shire Council Customer Service Centre.

Please note that:

• Council is not bound to accept any submission, nor is it bound to accept the highest submission.
• Late submissions will not be considered.
• Submissions will only be accepted by the ways listed above.
• Cars must be collected within 14 days of award.
