Hindmarsh Shire Council is calling for community members to apply for the Council Plan 2025-2029 Community Panel who will work together over the life of the plan to provide advice, generate ideas and prioritise planned projects.
The Community Panel is deliberative, meaning that you'll learn about things that matter to you, ask questions of staff and Councillors and debate opportunities, projects and policies across Hindmarsh. You'll need to work together to share ideas and make recommendations to Council.
The panel includes people who reflect our diverse community. All Hindmarsh Shire residents 16 years and over are invited to apply.
To ensure a diverse representation of people from all walks of life, we will select people to be on the panel who represent our community across age, gender, cultural background and location.

Expressions of are rolling and subject to vacancies on the panel. The nexy Community Panel meeting will be in early 2027.
For the expression of interest, you will need to provide your name, contact details, gender, age group, and the area where you live. This information will be kept private.
