Long Term Financial Plan 2026-2036

The purpose of the Long Term Financial Plan 2026-2036 is to demonstrate how Council can remain financially viable over the next ten years while continuing to deliver services and maintain infrastructure. Importantly, the Plan is not a budget. It is a strategic document that helps Council understand the long-term impact of decisions and identify what actions may be required to achieve financial sustainability.

The questions we are asking in the linked survey help us understand how the community would like Council to make decisions in a challenging financial environment. Major future decisions that impact the community will still be subject to community input, but the information provided through this survey will enable us to plan, design services and manage assets in a way that meets community expectations and supports long term financial sustainability.
