Expression of Interest - Sale of Items within the Dimboola Senior Citizens Building

EOI 2024-2025-24

Council is seeking expressions of interest from not-for-profit user groups, committees, and clubs that will have use for various miscellaneous items currently within the Dimboola Senior Citizens Building. Submissions can be for individual or multiple items.

An inspection of the items will be available on Friday 29 November 2024 between 1pm-4pm. If you are planning on sending a representative please contact Laura Sonnberger, Contract & Procurement Officer, at the Nhill Office on (03) 5391 4444.

Make A Submission

Expressions of Interest close 5:00pm on Sunday 8 December 2024, and must be lodged using the options below:

• By completing an online Expression of Interest form (linked below); or
• By printing and completing the Expression of Interest Form, scanning and emailing to info@hindmarsh.vic.gov.au or submitting a completed hardcopy to any Hindmarsh Shire Council Customer Service Centre.

Please note that:

• Council is not bound to accept any submission, nor is it bound to accept the highest submission.
• Late submissions will not be considered.
• Submissions will only be accepted by the ways listed above.
• All items to be collected on Monday 16 December 2024 between 1pm-4pm. The representative from the User group/Committee/Club will be required to show evidence of the item/s approved for collection.
• Any items that are not collected by 20 December 2024 will be handled at Council’s discretion (donated to charity groups, sold or disposed of).
