Draft Council Grants Administration Policy

Purpose of Policy

The purpose of the new draft Council Grants Administration Policy is to establish Council’s overarching framework for the administration of Council grant programs to support community, cultural, environmental, economic and social outcomes that align with Council’s strategic objectives and community priorities.

This Policy is intended to ensure that Council grants are administered in a manner that is fair, transparent, accountable and consistent, and that public funds are allocated, managed and monitored responsibly for the benefit of the community.
